Remove the screws from the front of the shipping container.
With the help of another person, carefully pull the unit out from the shipping crate, being taking care not to damage the mesh on the generator.
Remove the 8 bolts holding the supply cross. Pull the supply cross straight out, note the location of the generator’s mounting feet and supply input, then orientate the supply cross according to your needs. Then replace the supply cross so that the bolt holes align and replace the bolts that were removed.
If you are setting up a dual-generator repeat steps 1-3 for the second generator. Otherwise skip to step 8.
If you ordered Double HiEx Generators with brackets you will receive a boxes containing the pairing brackets. Using a pry bar or similar tool, carefully open the box to access the bracket and mounting hardware.
With the help of at least one other person, space the generators roughly 27 inches apart and carefully roll the generators on their sides ensuring the mounting feet are facing each other. Then place the two brackets between the two generators.
Using the mounting hardware bolt the generators to the bracket. There are four bolts for each racket.
It is recommended to lift the generators by the supply cross, generator feet or the pairing bracket if attached. DO NOT lift generators by the mesh or body sheet metal.

Double generators with pairing brackets installed, can be lifted by the pairing bracket.
